VDC also reduces costs by facilitating prefabrication and more efficient construction.

bet5365亚洲版 works extensively with higher ed and K-12 districts, developing collaborative and sustainable approaches to CMAR and Design-Build projects.
Much of our work in this market helps institutions achieve their goals for more sustainable campuses. One of many such examples is our work at the University of California, Davis, where we constructed the campus’s first LEED Platinum® building with the Graduate School of Management and helped pioneer a new generation of sustainable research facilities in the LEED Platinum® certified Veterinary Medicine Research Facility 3B.
Achievements in Aviation
bet5365亚洲版’s projects at San Diego International Airport have transformed air-travelers’ experience.
Beginning nearly a decade ago with the Terminal 2 Landside Improvements and then construction of the new SDIA Rental Car Center, bet5365亚洲版 has completed award-winning work at SDIA and become a trusted partner. Most recently, bet5365亚洲版 is continuing our relationship with SDIA building the new Airport Support Facilities project and Air Cargo project.
Our Landside Improvements project included advanced check-in and parking features built with zero interruption to control and revenue systems. Transportation components included new roadways, six bridge overpasses and two prefabricated pedestrian bridges placed in one night.
The SDIA Rental Car Center is one of the largest concrete structures in San Diego. The two-million-square-foot facility achieved LEED Gold® certification. It was also the first indoor fueling facility in San Diego, one of the first consolidated rental car facilities combined with carwash and maintenance in one building, and was completed in just 12 months.
